1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cuoral concerning your use of the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. User Accounts

a. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Cuoral immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

b. Accuracy of Information

All information you provide to create or manage your account must be accurate, current, and complete. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Billing: You agree to pay all fees and charges to your account in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.
• Auto-Renewal: Unless otherwise stated, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by law.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or objectionable material.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

5. Intellectual Property

a. Cuoral IP

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cuoral and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Cuoral.

b. User Data

You retain all ownership rights to the content and data you submit to the Service. You grant Cuoral a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cuoral, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service.

8. Governing Law

9. Changes to Terms
